At Croozer, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your sports gear in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
